All images remain the copyright and intellectual property of Ruth Chambers Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Images purchased or downloaded from this website are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Images may not be copied, altered, edited, filtered, reproduced, sold, submitted to competitions, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Ruth Chambers Photography.

Where web-sized images are made available for free download, users are granted permission to download, store and share those images for personal use only. Free downloads do not transfer copyright or ownership and may not be used for commercial, promotional, editorial, fundraising, organisational or media purposes without prior written permission from Ruth Chambers Photography.

Any copyright information, metadata or watermarks embedded in or displayed on an image must not be removed, obscured, cropped, altered or modified. The removal or alteration of copyright notices, metadata or watermarks constitutes unauthorised use of the image and may result in legal action.

Clients and purchasers may share images on personal social media platforms for personal use only.

Unauthorised screenshotting, copying, downloading, or reproduction of preview images is prohibited.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download has commenced or the digital content has been accessed, except where required under Irish or EU consumer law.

Print orders are processed through professional print laboratories. In the event of a printing fault or damage during delivery, please contact Ruth Chambers Photography within 7 days of receipt.

Ruth Chambers Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, competition, editorial and promotional purposes unless a request for privacy has been made in advance.

No copyright, ownership or other intellectual property rights are transferred to any purchaser or user of this website. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Ruth Chambers Photography.
